We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made or there is buyer's remorse. We have a 90 day return policy on all items. Please do be advised that all items need to be returned in original packaging with all manuals, certificates and unopened tool kits. If items have been installed and show installation marks we can only offer a partial refund on items we cannot resell as new or return to the factory.
If you are having issues with equipment in your facility and are in need of help troubleshooting prior to purchase, we offer free technical support to make sure the correct parts get ordered. Free technical support is also offered on all items purchased to make sure your installation goes smoothly.
