The MH8 is a manually adjustable probe head with an M8 thread probe connection with 2 axis indexing. The A axis rotates through + or - 180 degrees in the XY plane. The B axis rotate through 90 degrees in the Z plane. A lever locks the head in one of up to 168 repeatable positions set at 15 degree increments. The MH8 is capable of carrying any of Renishaw M8 probes and the reach can be extended by fitting a 50mm extension bar. Probes that can be used with the MH8 include TP2 TP6 and the full line of TP20 probe modules which are not included but can be added for a buy it now price.
